What does Gram3D actually produce?
A to-scale, textured 3D house model -- an RLA-ready FBX, plus a GLB and an OBJ/MTL bundle for any other 3D tool.
What do I need to upload for a build?
A survey or site plan, plus photos covering all four sides and an overhead shot (drone orbit or ground walkaround, either works). We check coverage before you build, so you'll know if something's missing.
Is this an app I install, or does it run in the browser?
A desktop app for Mac and Windows -- download it from your Account page once you're signed in.
What's a "build"?
One job, start to finish -- from your uploaded survey and photos to a finished, exported house model. Each plan includes a set number (see Pricing). Re-exporting after a manual edit doesn't use another one.
Can I use the texture library without building a house?
Yes -- browse it anytime at /textures. Subscribers can download the full-resolution files for their own use directly from their account.
Does the model work in anything besides RLA?
Yes -- the GLB and OBJ/MTL bundle open in most other 3D tools (SketchUp, Blender, Unreal, etc.). RLA is the format we hold to the strictest standard.
